Due to local demand, Hot Property has been created to showcase properties for sale within the upper Northland region. Working with Real Estate Agents and private vendors, our mission is to provide property marketing through quality photography and a functional online website.  This service will unarguably give your property a clear advantage, it will show potential purchasers that you’re serious about selling and will ensure you stand out from the crowd.

More About Hot Property

  • Hot Property is based in Kerikeri but covers a wide area. If your property is further a-field, there is a small travel fee
  • Hot Property also covers sections, commercial properties, apartments, motels, hotels, B&B’s, Backpackers, businesses, farms, sub-divisions, retirement villages, boats and baches, golf courses, conference centres, retreats etc etc.
  • We will submit to you a full coverage of your property on disc. Approximately 25 to 35 web/print ready images of highest quality and load your property onto the website with descriptions and highlights approved by your agent or yourself.
  • All your images will be professionally groomed in Photoshop, however it is our responsibility to keep your property true and not miss-lead potential buyers
  • Turn-around time is only 2 to 4 days which means you can get your sale up and running quickly
  • You can use your quality images on this site but also have them on other websites such as Trade me, once paid for in full, you will own these images (terms and conditions apply)
  • The length of time it takes to photograph your property is usually about 2-3 hours give or take; we do what it takes to get your property looking HOT even if it means returning to site twice.

How much does the service cost?

Delux Package $300.00+GST

Photography (incl 20 to 30 high resolution images on disc)
Website (Internet listing on Hot Property website)
Priority Image (image is displayed on the website front face and in other areas)

Standard Package $250+GST

Photography (incl 20 to 30 high resolution images on disc)
Website (Internet listing on Hot Property website)

Travel costs

There is no travel charge for properties within a 25km radius of Kerikeri town center. Properties more than 25km away will incur a travel charge of 0.50c per km.
